Passport

• Passport validity minimum for 6 months from the last intended date of departure from Australia
• Passport should contain at least 2 blank visa pages

Photograph

• Recent passport size photograph (35 x 45 mm without border)
• Applicant’s full face must be clearly visible without any headgear.
• Plain white background

Financial Documents

All bank statements must be stamped and signed by authorized person from bank. All bank statements must be dated within last one week.

• If employed : Last 3 months salary slips and last 3 months salary bank account statements.
• Last 6 months personal bank account statements.
• Personal ITR for last 3 years
• If self-employed and/or company owner : Business registration certificate / GST Registration with annex A & B / Partnership Deed / Proof of proprietorship or other proof of ownership.
• Last 6 months personal and business bank account statements.
• Company’s and personal ITR for last 3 years
• If retired : Personal pension bank statement for the last 6 months.
• Proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business
• If Student or unemployed: Parent’s or legal guardian’s personal bank statements for the last 6 months.
• Parent’s or legal guardian’s Personal ITR for last 3 years

Accommodation

• Hotel Booking / package tour
• If staying at relative’s or friend’s place then invitation letter with inviter’s Id proof, passport copy along with their financial documents

Covering Letter

• Covering letter on the A4 Paper or if self-employed then on Business Letter Head

Itinerary

• Day-wise itinerary / Travel Plan

Aadhar Card

• Scanned copy of Aadhar card. If Addhar card is unavailable then must provide reason for it’s unavailability.

Sponsor’s Documents

• If your trip is sponsored by someone else then provide financial documents of sponsor along with their Id proof and copy of passport

Vaccination Certificate

• Valid Copy of Covid-19 Vaccination certificate
